While there are so many beautiful reasons to want to help someone start parenthood, one of the benefits of working with a surrogacy agency is financial. At Love & Beyond, with the help of our legal, benefits and insurance team, under the most strict state law, your financial benefits will be maximumly protected. You will even get financial compensation before you become pregnant.

BASED ON WHICH STATE YOU RESIDE IN. ALL OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU WILL BE COVERED. 

When you become a surrogate with our program you will receive a generous package of payments, fees, and benefits that is individualized and flexible — designed to fit you.

BASE “FEE”: $35,000 - $68,000 for your time and effort

The actual amount will be based on a number of personal factors including:

  • If you are a REPEAT gestational surrogate, you will receive more than a first-time gestational surrogate.

  • If you have applicable HEALTH INSURANCE for pregnancy and delivery, that may affect the total compensation.

  • The state you live you.

 

ALLOWANCES, STIPENDS & BONUES

  • Sign-on bonus when you pass all the screening and join our team: 

  • Signing bonus when you are matched: $1000

  • Monthly compensation: $200-500/month, depending on the state you reside in and your other life factors. 

  • Maternity clothing allowance: Average is $550 – $750 paid at 12 weeks; additional $250 if multiples.

  • Housekeeping and child care (if you are on bed rest or ordered limited activity by the physician, and during your postpartum recovery month.

  • Out-of-state travel reimbursement to fertility appointments, OB appointments and other necessary visits related to the pregnancy if applicable, including daily food allowance, hotel, ground transportation, airfare and babysitting costs during travel. 

  • Lost wages due to necessary appointments & visits. 

  • Reimbursement or allowances for prenatal supplies and vitamins. 

  • Uncovered medical expense and insurance deductibles.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR NECESSARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES:

  • Embryo transfer fee: $750 per transfer

  • Invasive procedure including mock cycle: $350 – $1,000 (amount depends on type of procedure)

  • Canceled embryo transfer cycle fee: $350

  • C-section: $2,500

  • Carry Multiples: $5,000 per each additional child carried

INSURANCE AND COVRED SERVICES:

​

  • Life insurance: Amount of coverage mutually agreed on by the parties and state regulations.

  • Premium for health insurance coverage if necessary: If you do not already have applicable insurance — particular details to be discussed

  • Complimentary insurance if necessary. 

  • Attorney fees for legal services. 

  • Fees for all our supportive services are covered by our program.
